Program Cancellations

If a program registration is below the minimum required to run a class, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule programs/classes.  In the event of a cancellation, a credit voucher or refund will be issued.  Registrants will be notified if a class is cancelled, by phone. 

Credits/Makeups

Program fees are non-refundable.  Makeups for missed classes are not offered unless the facility is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Classes which fall on a holiday when the YMCA is closed will not be made up as the program fee will be pro-rated. Credits are good for one year.

YCares is available for all classes.

Through a financial assistance program, YCares, those who require subsidies for our services can apply for them. The aid is distributed on a need based, sliding scale. For those who would like to apply for YCares, please download and complete the YCares application.
