The Family Care Program of The Community YMCA is operated from our Outreach Office in Eatontown, NJ and provides behavioral assistance, mentoring and parent coaches to children, adolescents and families within their homes and community.

Parent Coaching provides parents with resources to improve their parenting techniques, household management and overall quality of life. Mentoring can be up to ten hours per week and length of stay in the program is six months. Parenting Coaching is five hours per week for a time frame determined by the needs of the parent.

Behavioral Assistance is a therapeutically driven, goal oriented program in which participants work toward improving behavioral and mental health needs.  Behavioral Assistance provides one on one interventions to children referred through Children's Behavioral Health Services.
