What is YCares?
YCares is a financial assistance program that provides children and families with opportunities to participate in YMCA programs and services regardless of their ability to pay.
What makes YCares possible?
Through a variety of contributions and proceeds, including the annual YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, Foundation and special events, financial assistance is available for children and families in need.
Who Can Participate?
YCares is available to anyone who meets the financial guidelines of the program and has the desire to participate in YMCA programs and services.
What is the philosophy behind YCares?
The Community YMCA’s leadership believes that its programs and services have a positive impact on participants and communities and they should be available to all.
Where can I apply?
Complete and return the attached form to receive an application, visit or contact the participating Community YMCA location of interest to you. Applications are available in English and Spanish.
