Active Older Adult Programs
The Community YMCA is committed to helping active older adults reach their health and fitness goals through a variety of classes and programs. Older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind and body with classes such as:
- Senior Fit
- Active Older Adults Cycling
- Zumba Gold
- Chair Yoga
- Tai Chi
- Arthritis Fitness
- Therapeutic Fitness
Our Active Older Adult Committee assists our team in providing programming and activities to members. The group is always in
need of volunteers willing to give of their time and talents.
