How do I swim when the pool is crowded?
The Bodman Pool is set up that the outer most lanes are for slower swimmers, the next two lanes are for the medium swimmers and the center two lanes are for the fastest swimmers. Start in the slowest lanes and work your way in toward the center until you find a lane that has others swimming at the same or similar speed.
How am I supposed to swim if there are more than two people in the lane?
You must circle swim. Circle swim is where everyone in the lane goes up the right side of the lane and comes back on their right again. They do not cross the black line down the center of the lane for any reason. If you catch up to the person in front of you swimming, slow down, and at the wall switch positions.
