At the Y, we're constantly working to improve our member experience, and we're continually committed to adding value to our membership. To keep our renovated facility up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, we are pleased to introduce all new cardio equipment to our Wellness Floor and Health Seeker Room at the Y's Family Health & Wellness Center in Red Bank.

New equipment includes:

5        Precor 833 EFX Full Body Elliptical

All of this equipment is compatible with FitLinxx. We have also added an additional Nu Step Recumbent Elliptical.  If you would like more information on the new equipment, Owner Manuals are available for your review or please ask a Wellness Coach.

The Y has also improved our spin classes with new Star Trac Spinner® Blade bikes.

These state of the art bikes include:

• Adjustable fore-aft bars with an increase in 5 degree handlebar angle for more convenient
  riding position
