Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Polliwog 1 & 2 Students learn rhythmic breathing, rotary breathing and treading water. Kicking techniques, ?over? arm stroke recovery and kneeling dives will be introduced. Successful completion of this level will include the ability to consistently demonstrate the following skills: ? Swim on front with face in the water, rhythmic breathing with ?over? arm recovery for 30 feet. ? Backstroke with ?over? arm recovery for 10 yards ? Kneeling dive
