CREDITS/MAKE-UPS

PLEASE NOTE: Program fees are non-refundable.  A doctor’s note may be submitted for medical excuse and considered for credit. Make-ups are not offered unless facility is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseen maintenance.  Classes which fall on a holiday when the YMCA is closed are pro-rated. Credits are good for one year.

GUESTS

Guests 18 & older must be accompanied by a member and pay the appropriate guest fee. Guest passes are available for anyone 18 & over. Guests may be requested to show proof of identification. Maximum of 2 guests per member, per visit. Adults (18 years and older) $12, Youth/Teens $6. *Youth are not permitted to bring guests under the age of 18 unless they are in a YMCA program or are accompanied by a supervising parent.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All individuals using the YMCA facilities are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the character, welfare, best interests and policies of The Community YMCA. Failure to do so will result in immediate dismissal from the premises and may result in revocation of membership and/or usage privileges. Only employees of The Community YMCA may provide services to members within the YMCA facility such as personal training, swim instruction, sports specific training, stretching, etc.

SMOKING POLICY

The Community YMCA is a smoke-free facility.  No smoking is allowed on any YMCA property, indoors or outdoors.

CELL PHONES

The use of cell phones is prohibited in the YMCA facility. You may place or receive a call in the main
lobby. 

LOST & FOUND

The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The YMCA has a lost & found location at the Welcome Center for items left behind by members. Any item not claimed within one week will be donated to a local charity. Valuables are secured in a safe.

SAFETY & SECURITY

For your added convenience, the facility is equipped with a closed-circuit video surveillance
system. Cameras are located throughout the building, inside and outside.

CLOSINGS

For safety purposes, the YMCA reserves the right to close the facility due to inclement weather conditions
or for any emergency. Public announcements will be made over local radio stations. Additionally, our pools will be closed during any storm that involves lightning.

AWAY PROGRAM ("Always Welcome At YMCAs")

The Community YMCA is an active member of the AWAY Program. Members visiting the Red Bank Family Health & Fitness Center from other YMCAs may use the facility during regular hours with a valid YMCA ID card for no additional fee. *Maximum of 12 visits within a calendar year.

TOWEL SERVICES

A towel service is available to all our members for $1.00 per towel rental. Please return towels to the Welcome Center or use the receptacles located in each of the locker rooms.

LOCKERS

For daily use only, no overnight storage is allowed. Please bring your own lock.

LOCK BOXES

For added security of small items, mini lock boxes are located in the Lobby and in each of the Health Service locker rooms. Tokens are available at the Welcome Center free of charge.

SUGGESTIONS

This is your YMCA, please fee free to make your concerns and comments known. Member Comment Cards are available at the Welcome Center. We pledge to acknowledge each comment and respond appropriately.
